Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received. Once confirmed, changes to the design or size may not be possible.

Delivery Timeline: Orders within the USA will be dispatched from 10th August. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak season.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the seasonal and customized nature of our product, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, we ensure every product goes through a quality check before dispatch.

Setup Support: Our DIY kits are designed for easy, tool-free setup. A video guide or instructions will be provided. On-call assistance is available if needed.

Product Variations: Slight color or print variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen differences. Each piece is crafted individually, making it one-of-a-kind.

Reusability Care: Store scrolls rolled and stands in a dry space after use to maintain their longevity for future years.
